Food & Fitness. Two essential components to a happy and healthy lifestyle that are definitely worth exploring. I've spent most of my life doing just that, trying different methods in the oversaturated market of health & wellness, as well as attempting many many recipes in the slew of apartments that I've lived in over the past nine years. Although I'm talking about me right now, this is all really about you. I'm hoping to create a resource for inspiration, effective workouts and recipes that I've acquired to make something in your life a little easier.
The first thing to do is to put out of your mind all the fix-it promises and easy way-outs. None of those really work in creating the you that you can live with. When you read that, the YOU that you can live with, it's a tricky concept to embrace. It might mean something different to all of us. To me, it's building a body that can dabble in different fitness methods and a mind free of old expectations and the past. I want to be functional, healthy, and look good in a swimsuit.
